SONY INTRODUCES NEW ADDITIONS TO PROFESSIONAL BRAVIA DISPLAYS LINE-UP

The new displays replace several models in its current range. Upgraded to a 16GB storage memory and twice as powerful as their predecessors with a X1 processor, these new BRAVIA flat panels provide businesses with even more detail, in addition to its renowned high image and audio quality, for maximum impact in a range of applications.

As well as the 17-hour operation time, users can discover enhanced controls, new built-in professional solutions and landscape/portrait options, all of which highlight the best of professional technology in the current B2B market.

The new models announced are: FW-43XD8001, FW-49XD8001, FW-55XD8501, FW-65XD8501, FW-75XD8501, FW-85XD8501. These six new BRAVIA displays have been introduced to cater for a range of applications and customer needs, for example: signage, and the corporate and security markets. Sony’s digital signage platform includes the easy to use TDM Digital Signage feature, which gives users the tools to create interactive signage and action based signage.

The development of innovative technology in Sony’s BRAVIA solutions has led to the addition of touch overlays, built-in meeting-room solutions, and built-in smart automation systems. These new features highlight the flexible nature of the displays and make it easier for users to integrate the solutions into a range of workplaces, with smart input management and specialised meeting room interfaces. Technical functionality such as this not only provides organisations with immediate benefits, it also helps to future proof their display technologies, giving them the opportunity to redistribute these cost savings elsewhere within the business.

In addition to this, BRAVIA B2B Displays deliver energy savings and lower running costs overall, with virtually no maintenance needed due its incredibly low failure rate. Flexible connectivity for android and Google Cast options opens up the opportunities for use across a range of industries, with a built-in signage platform, built-in control system, 17/7 operation and RS232 and IP control.

The new 75” model is available now; the 55”, 65” and 85” will be launched in May and the 43” and 49” models during the summer 2016.
