Call-out services offer two types of call-out services:

General AV support

Level 1 call-outs are for more basic audio visual issues.  These include the tuning of digital televisions, help with connecting/disconnecting audio visual equipment, collecting items for repair and fault diagnosis.

Specific AV support

Level 2 call-outs are for our two-man aerial, satellite and AV installation teams.  The services offered include the following:

  • aerial fault diagnosis and resolution
  • satellite fault diagnosis and resolution
  • large TV installation, TV's 60" and above
  • AV room relocation, includes 5.1 - 9.2 systems
  • cable embedding AV systems
  • house-move assistance
