If this is your first order with us, please ensure that the only address you enter is the credit/debit card billing address, as this is the only address to which we can deliver. If you have previously placed an order on our website, you will be offered an alternative delivery address.
Delivery will be made within 3-5 working days (unless ordered on a next working day service). If after this time you have still to take receipt of your order please email email@example.com or call 020 3397 0784 (Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm) providing your order number, name, address, brief details of what you ordered and any shipment number you may have. We strive to answer all queries within one working day, although at busy times we do ask that you bear with us. Please submit your query only once, as repeated emails/telephone calls only serves to slow down our response time and can result in further delays to your order.
All deliveries must be signed for. They will NOT be left in garages, sheds, outside loos, porches etc. When you receive your goods please open the box and examine them before signing to ensure they are in good condition - if the packaging or item is damaged please do not accept the goods and notify us as soon as possible. If you are unable to check the item at the time of delivery, please sign as unchecked but do make sure to report any issues within 24 hours. Regrettably if items are signed for in good condition that later prove to be damaged we have no recourse with the carriers so please check items thoroughly to avoid any disappointment. If there is no-one in to sign for the goods, they will be taken back to the courier depot and a card left.
If we are out of stock of an item or there is a problem, we will contact you as soon as is possible.
